Box 5176, Bella Vista, AR 72714-5176 (residents of Washington and Vermont need not include return postage) between January 1, 2008 and February 29, 2008 (for Spring Prize) or August 29, 2008 for Fall Prize, at 9:59 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST").
Eligibility:
Contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia age 18 and over, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees of Northwest Arkansas Tourism Association, its agents, subsidiaries, members and affiliates are not eligible to participate. Participants must include all information on the entry form to be eligible. By transmitting the official entry form, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies will be accepted. Sweepstakes will only allow one entry per household. All duplicate entries will be eliminated from the drawing. As a condition of being awarded a prize, the entrant shall be required to provide proof of the correctness of entrant's information on the entry form and compliance with the terms and conditions contained in these rules. All decisions as to the sufficiency will be made at NATA's sole discretion.
Prize, Approximate Verifiable Retail Value and Odds: Only one Spring and one Fall prize will be awarded. Prize has an approximately verifiable retail value of $500.00. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.
Spring Prize and Fall Prize trip include and are limited to, one room hotel accommodation for up four persons for two nights and lunch and dinner for up to four persons for three days. Accommodations include room rates and applicable taxes only and do not include amenities that incur extra charges such as, but not limited to, phone calls, room service, movies or any other service that is not provided free to the guests of the property. Tips are not included. All reservations are subject to hotel availability. Meal vouchers are limited for up to, but not to exceed $15 per person for lunch for up to four persons and $25 per person for dinner for up to four persons. All taxes associated with the prizes are winner's responsibility.
Drawing to determine the winner of the Spring prize will be held February 29, 2008. Drawing to determine the winner of the Fall prize will be held August 29, 2008. Winners agree, by accepting the Fantasy Getaway, to release, indemnify and hold harmless NATA, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and members and their parent corporations, successors and respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all actions, causes of actions and liability, including attorney's fees and costs regarding acceptance of the prize and any subsequent actions, incidences, accidents or occurrences including but not limited to acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the control of NATA.
Sweepstakes are governed by U.S. Law.
The winner of the Spring Fantasy Getaway will be notified by March 15, 2008, by registered mail, return receipt requested. To obtain the prize, winner must, within ten days of his or her receipt of notification, acknowledge receipt. If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. If the prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held by March 31, 2008.
The winner of the Fall Fantasy Getaway will be notified by September 15, 2008, by registered mail, return receipt requested. To obtain the prize, winner must, within ten days of his or her receipt of notification, acknowledge receipt. If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. If the prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held by September 30, 2008.
All prizes will be awarded. All decisions by the judges are final. All entries become the property of NATA and none will be returned. NATA will not acknowledge receipt or confirm eligibility of any entry. NATA assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, damages, delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human, technical or otherwise in nature, in conjunction with this contest, participation or in connection with any prize acceptance. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in a prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. NATA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of competition as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, image and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
